RAF271: Keep On Movin'

I made a big mistake, but one that can be corrected. This is one lesson that I learned and remembered. It is a strong memory, perhaps because of the suffering I experienced. Medicine today is amazing, and it works if you use it and use it properly. So I have never gone back to the starvation diet, which makes my medicine not work.
