#31: Andy Williams on lockdown running, injury, and the way ahead

Andy and I were planning to run this year's Classic Quarter as a relay of 2. Andy though has been injured and the event is currently delayed until Sept 5th but realistically that is unlikely to happen.
Andy shares his injury frustrations, his comeback and his running plans.
