#12: Anna Pascoe on running for 24 hours

Anna won the female 24 hours race at the Roseland August Trails (RAT) this year. It wasn't her first 24 hour victory. In fact she's never lost a 24 hour race. Anna shares her thoughts and passes on tips for ultra running.
