In this episode, Stephanie talks with Miami-based run coach Jessica Bigio on her running and coaching history, the importance of in-person coaching, and how coaching is a tool that helps an athlete grow beyond the numbers.

Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) and McMillan Running certified running coach with over 10 years of running experience. Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

Jessica Bigio is a running coach using self methods to access the athletes potential while developing a well rounded runner. 9 years experience and 18 years as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a few other certifications in self defense. I believe the teacher will appear when the student is ready.
