We're back for another season and we're standing with a bang!  Our first full-time interstate guest is Brad George; runner, long-course triathlete, and generally funny bloke.

We sat down with him a few days after Melbourne Marathon and chatted about triathlon, dealing with the heat, and what it's like training in the Northern Territory.
