This is a long and entertaining episode with long-time runner Kieran Ryan.  We weave through his junior years as an 800m track runner, his transition to longer trail races, his love for running in the Grampians, and all the amazing relays he's been a part of.  

Kieran also does amazing work for Movember and we chat about how 2 close friends took their lives and why he was compelled to help.
