Welcome to the 3rd episode of Runner 2 Runner. In today's episode, I am talking to Graham (Jimmy) Aitken. Graham is an alumni runner from Millbrook High School, and part of the 2020 North Carolina indoor track state championship and the 2021 outdoor track 4x800 state championship team. He is currently a Cross Country and track & field runner at Tusculum University and is here today to talk with me about sleeping.
