One of us was a highschool state 3200M champion, a 3X All-America, ran in the 1st World 1/2 Marathon Champs for Team USA where they threw down a 1:03:50, and has PR’s of 13:50 in the 5K, and 28:50 in the 10K—and also coached a multitude of All-American women at Texas in XC/Track and is a legendary podcaster.
