This was one of the more difficult episodes I've recorded because it's so close to me. I waited over 20 years to ask for help; I hope that somebody hears this and understands they are not alone, and they can ask for help.

Season 9 will be a little different. After a 2-month break, Paul is going to be focused on not only giving tips about how to be a great leader, but also a leader who is respected, a leader who people want to follow, a leader who can confidently navigate their way through both personal and professional challenges, a leader who is not afraid to share their faith while living it out, a leader who knows his/her purpose and lives to fulfill that purpose every day, and a leader who has no regrets!
