Ep. 10 | Ihor Verys | Ultrarunner, 2023 Badger Mountain Challenge 100 Winner and Course Record Holder

Ihor Verys is an ultramarathoner who lives in Chiliwack, British Columbia, Canada. Ihor recently won and set the course record at the Badger Mountain Challenge 100 miler in 15 hours and 44 minutes. He represented Team Canada at the 2022 Backyard Ultra World Team Championship where Team Canada took 5th place out of 37 countries. He joins the podcast to discuss his accomplishments in the sport of ultra running, why community is so important to him, and what his future in the sport looks like.
