05: Bastien Flaud

In true R,C,R tradition, Episode 5 is here after an unnecessarily long hiatus!

For this episode, Bastien Flaud - NBRO runner and triathlete- met up to cheer on our friends participating in Ironman Copenhagen, before getting in a jog, some food, and a chat on the mic.
