In this episode Dwayne and Mal chat with David Nielsen, David is a Whangarei based trail runner who took up running in 2017, that same year he won the Taupo Ultra Marathon 50km. The crew chatted about Davids life of running, his work as an emergency room Nurse Practioner, and working in the medical team at events such as Tarawera Ultra Marathon.
