On this episode, Cam talks about how his marathon personal best has dropped in the last few marathons! He has nearly balanced work, self coaching, and running.
His ultimate goal is to get to Boston and run the Boston Marathon. This past year he was close to qualifying and he is hungry to reach that goal when he runs the Houston Marathon in January.
