This week I discuss the issue of confidence, and how being part of an IGR team has helped me overcome challenges of self belief. In this weeks interview we speak to Michael from the Sheffield Vulcans IGR team and ask him about his perception of sport and how being part of a gay team helped him connect with other like minded people and boost his self confidence.
