Angela’s goal with this podcast is simple – to provide solutions to the problems that RTOs deal with on a day to day basis, from the complexities of compliance and RTO Business Success. 

Over the next 12 months there are going to be many changes that will effect your RTO operations, these changes are a result of the Skills Reform, which commenced in 2019. Building on this reform commitment, the Australian Government has also announced a series of initiatives in the 2021-22 Budget and 2022-23 Budget that will strengthen the VET system.

In 2023 the RTO Superhero Podcast will focus alot on these changes under the Skills Reform, but we will also be covering a range of relevant topics for Trainers and Assessors and RTO Business owners, giving you strategies for operating a quality RTO.
