Seek Refuge pokes its nose around various corners of contemporary composition, uniting sounds both familiar and peculiar. This episode keeps it slow and steady, drawing from the second movement of Saariaho's 'Maan Varjot - Dome (lento, calmo)' Bits of organ, a little ambience, scattered drums, a gaku-biwa, field recordings and more aim to nurture some December calm.
