Sean hosts Rachel Lemcke on this episode, just a few weeks after Rachel's most recent trail race, the Black Canyons 100k. An accomplished ultra runner, Rachel started her endurance career as a collegiate swimmer, and got sucked into trail and ultra racing by the legendary David Horton in central Virginia. Currently living in Colorado Springs, Rachel is continually learning how to piece together the puzzle of racing, and is loving the process.
