Being a DJ for well over 10 years I’ve had the opportunity to meet and play alongside some of the most amazing talents.

My inspiration has always come from understanding the inner workings of popular culture whether it’s Music, Fashion, Art, or Lifestyle

and how cultural and urban music has inspired British-asians in their careers.

I’ve always been in pursuit of knowledge and understanding of people in these industries and how the common ground of music can inspire them.

That being said, I’m proud to bring to you The Roots & Rhymes Podcast Series 1.

A ten episode series where we’ll be meeting musicians, artists, fashion designers, radio hosts and even a former UK hip-hop artist who’s now a successful mindset coach.

We’ll be taking a deep dive into their earliest memories of music and what they listened to growing up...

as well as sharing there thoughts on the music which inspired them and the challenges they’ve faced.
