Matthew 3: Water and Spirit

John is busy gathering the people before Jesus walks onto the scene. Like person may gather wood for a fire, John is gathering the people and whetting their appetite for Jesus. John gathers, but it is Jesus who lights a fire that burns until this very day. Will we carry that fire to a cold, dark, sinful world?
