In this epilogue to the book of John, John gives us one more story of the resurrected Jesus. He really did rise from the dead. John writes these things that you would belief it. We also see that following Jesus comes at a cost of our lives in whatever fashion that may mean. Yet we have this glorious call to follow Jesus as Lord and Savior. Will you believe in the Word made Flesh today? Will you, despite past failures, follow Jesus again and love Him about all else?
