This is your permission slip to rest. Hibernate. Rejuvenate. To be what might feel like lazy, even though it's actually simply your body, mind and creativity recharging.

And if you’re listening to this in real time, it’s February 1st when this is coming out and I want to remind you that if you haven’t yet accomplished everything you wanted to for the entire year in the past 30 days, IT'S OK.

There’s time.

Breathe.

Slow down to speed up.

And sometimes, slow down just to slow down because you’re allowed to and what you accomplish in a day or a week or a year isn’t what makes you worthy as a human being.

Honour the seasons of your life.

They don’t always come on our schedule, but you can decide to welcome them, recognizing their impermanence and accepting them as they arrive.

When we accept the seasons, you’ll find that even the tougher seasons feel just a little bit more manageable - and you realize you’re always planting seeds that are preparing to bloom.
