300th Episode: The One Where I Almost Threw In the Towel

300 HUNDRED EPISODES. Wow.

From launching in June 2018 to now being listened to in more than 120 countries and hitting top 200 charts globally every week, it's been a ride.

And in full transparency, I’ve put off doing this 300th episode for months.

I'm going into the reasons why, but ultimately this is an episode about:

Trust. Opening to love. Training your nervous system to receive. Releasing attachment to timelines. And showing up even when you’re ready to throw in the towel.
