E253 Diversity is our Strength?

Immigration without assimilation leads to cultural genocide. Our national motto,_ Out of many, One, _captures the secret of unity with diversity. For this to occur, people must be willing to adopt the culture and values of the nation they wish to call home. A nation without shared values becomes a "festering federation" that dissolves into warring tribes. Without a strong national identity to bring cultural cohesion, diversity becomes our great enemy.
