How many times have you caught yourself thinking of past mistakes, old flings, or relationships? Do you think you're living in the past?  If so, you will eventually crash!  There is a strong need and desire to live in the present and create the life and opportunities you were unable to do in the past.  Learn from the past... don't repeat it.
