Gretchen Fitzsimmons is a top-selling realtor in Nashville, TN. Her annual sales are over 10 million. What's her degree in—fashion in marketing. After realizing finances and fashion were not her things, she became a stay at home mom. That lasted for a while until the restlessness kicked back in. She picked up a part-time job working with Nashville's top cater, Johnny Haffner. She picked up a few more part-time jobs here and there until she landed in the real estate world. She started staging houses that were for sales and then worked behind the scenes in administration until eventually; she came out from behind the curtain to become one of Nashville's leading agents.
