On the eve of the jury's verdict, civil attorney Thomas J. Mortati returns to the podcast to discuss Oral "Nick" Hillary's lawsuit against the town of Potsdam. Hillary is suing the police for detaining and searching him during their investigation into the murder of Hillary's ex-girlfriend's 12 year-old son Garrett Phillips.
The morning after this podcast was recorded the jury returned with a verdict in favor of the town of Potsdam.
