Alan Dershowitz's used a sworn affidavit of prostitute David Marriott and his "counselor" Rev. Philip Magaldi in his appeal of Claus Von Bulow's attempted murder conviction of his wife Martha "Sonny" Von Bulow. Any lawyer would love to use a sworn affidavit of a priest.
