Your Filter Determines Whether You See a World of Hope or Evil

I got back to the house this morning at 1:20 am after traveling from Reno for a Big Table Event. This event put together around 300 high level people working to play on a larger scale. I even came away with 4 people who need my services (they all have companies with employees).

Three hundred people who saw a world of hope. No talk about politics, no talk about tariffs, no talk about how bad this world is.

Hmmm.

Think about it this way. We all have issues in our businesses. I was chatting with a pharmacist who has her own pharmacy with 10 employees. Major companies aren’t paying enough to keep her in business with just that revenue.

Did we focus on this?

No.

We focused on the opportunities and how she’s developed a new service model to really help her clients and at the same time grow her business.

Hmmm.

EVERYONE I talked with over the course of 2 1/2 days had struggles, but that wasn’t the focus. The focus was capitalizing on our skills while having super high-level people create the structures to support our new ventures.

Hope and vision were in the room. It was energizing! I am part of a Mastermind group who will help and support one another.

Some of you reading this may think how uninformed and misguided we are because so many bad things are happening in the world. Chances are that you are living an average life, staying within your comfort box. Yes, I’m “calling a spade a spade.”

For the rest of you, my guess is that you are reading my posts because you want to get out of that comfort box and grow - uncovering that amazing, brilliant, super cool, person you know you are. I’m here to help and cheer you on, every step of the way. I believe in you. That divine spark of a person. You have the ability, you have the grit, you have the gift of breaking out of your dark box and looking up at an amazing sunrise of opportunity. The darkness of the box replaced with the dawning of the light of possibility. You need only open the door and walk out of your box. Your door is unlocked. It’s always been unlocked, but you’ve been afraid to twist the doorknob and push.

Please open your door. I will greet you with a broad smile and hug, saying “Congratulations!!! welcome home.”

BTW, here’s a challenge to me. If you see me, tell me you’ve opened the door on your box and walked out. My response will be the above. If I forget, you are welcome to chastise me! It will be a fun game we play together.
