Well, I didn't expect to get such a big response from this quote, so let's talk about it

As you probably know, I have been posting a quote a day around 7 am -5GMT time. These are cross posted across other social media platforms.

The following quote got a lot of responses and interest. It was a quote from Sylvain of Athos. He was a Russian Monk.

“For the man who prays in his heart, the whole world is a church.”

This quote encapsulates what I’ve thought of a lot in the past. When you reach a point in your life beyond praying continuously where prayers stop because you are fully connected to Spirit/Universe/God/Jesus/whomever you believe. Now you are the embodiment of prayer.

Think about the state where you are always connected. Would you get upset if there was a traffic jam and you missed your meeting? Probably not as the meeting isn’t the important thing.

When you are fully connected, your mind flows into the background and ego is abated. You are as flexible as a willow with strong roots.

There are people in this world who embody this. Currently it seems that Sadhguru is a living embodiment. Just listen to his talks and you’ll quickly surmise what I mean. There is a book series entitled “The Holy Man” by Susan Trott that I read at least twice per year. I loved the first book, but as I keep rereading them through the years, I’m drawn to the third book, “The Holy Woman.” She has been through many trials and tribulations and in the end has found her peace. I relate most to her.

What are your thoughts about this? In this world of division and change, how do you handle being centered in yourself? Inquiring minds want to know :-D.

As always, remember that I love you, regardless of what you’ve done in the past, regardless of how you feel about yourself. You are important and make this world a better place. And yes, I am praying for you.

Blessings,

Robert
