Question: What would you start today if you stopped needing perfect conditions?

Personally, I stopped worrying about perfect conditions decades ago. I just kind of do things, like starting my first business, to speaking professionally in the 90s, to writing books, to dancing. I’m amazed at what I have done and produced over the years.
