Happiness is a verb, in my opinion. It's not a noun. It's a verb. You create your own happiness. I had my birthday a couple of weeks back. And what did I do? Normally just kind of let it go by. Yeah, family makes a cake. We have a little birthday celebration. But the reality is I usually didn't let anyone else know.

This time I made cookies, I made Rice Krispie treats (yes, I do bake). I brought it to my dance family because my birthday corresponded with West Coast Wednesdays.

I also did giveaways on LinkedIn. I have written four books. If people wished me a happy birthday on my post and put a number in, that's the number that corresponded to the book that I would email them. A PDF copy.

I made it a day of giving because it made me happy.
