“Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles…it empties today of its strength.”
I 100% agree.
If you worry, worry is just thinking about tomorrow. It has nothing to do with today.
Regret is the past.
If we can stay in the present, operate in the present, we're more likely to feel happiness, and fulfillment.
The things that we worry about may never come to pass. So why burn the mental effort to do that?
