Caleb has been working in door-to-door sales for three years. He has a unique approach to his work, where he believes in changing the word track from "I'm not going to do it" to "it's possible." Caleb has been mentored by Alec Weathers and has ten siblings.

Caleb is a firm believer in maintaining a positive mental attitude, and he shares this philosophy with his team. As a leader, he focuses on not telling his reps about the bad things and keeping a positive attitude. Caleb's favorite word track is "if it is to be, it's up to me." He believes that "It's not what you get. It's what you become," and "Whether you think you can or can't, you're probably right."

Caleb is an avid reader and recommends books such as "The Confidence," "Compound Effect," "Slight Edge," and "The Go-Giver." In addition to his work, Caleb also loves doing charity and has a passion for wrestling and emotional intelligence.
