In her early 20’s, Sarah realized that being a self-described “party girl” was actually a problem with alcohol. We discuss the shift that happened when she finally asked for help, what it was like to get sober as a young person, and so much more:
Sarah Levy is the author of Drinking Games, a memoir in essays from St. Martin’s Press. Her writing explores sobriety, relationships, culture, and identity, and has appeared in The New York Times, The Cut, Vogue, Glamour, TIME, Elle, Refinery29, and Cosmopolitan, among other publications. Sarah lives in Los Angeles by way of New York City.
