It’s the Wild West out there 😱
No wonder you’re feeling low energy, anxious, on edge, or completely crashed out right now

Think of it like a bucket 🪣
1️⃣The bucket fills with what your brain perceives as a threat
(Dehydration, too few calories, not enough sleep, work stress, an old knee injury and several surgeries, the list goes on…)
2️⃣ you hear ONE MORE THING on the news (a threat to your brain) and now you’re in burnout.
3️⃣ you try to FORCE your way through and it puts you deeper in the fatigue spiral
Sound familiar?
The goal is not to be so regulated you’re calm AF through it all, the goal is to keep the bucket from overflowing and to increase that buckets capacity (your window of tolerance for stress!)
You can empty the bucket by first making sure your “toddler needs” are met.
