What are the main challenges faced by women in fuel poverty and how can they be supported through inclusive, sustainable housing strategies? To help answer this, Claire Brown discusses Women in Solidarity for Energy (WISE) with Marilyn Smith, WISE Coordinator and Executive Director of The Energy Action Project (EnAct). Together they look at how organisations such as EnAct work with partners to create effective solutions and the impact of thoughtful energy initiatives. Marrilyn also shares her insights on how housing stock owners can approach their next retrofit project to better support women facing fuel poverty.
