You are lied to ALL THE TIME now. You believe you deserve happiness. Yet, your body knows you only deserve what you EARN!

Your body, mind, and soul keep their own score. They don't care what some weak human wants to tell you while they are unhappy and waiting for someone else to create their emotions.

Nah, I'm good. You keep that. I'll stick with what my body wants and needs. That's hard things and work. My body rewards me when I put it through the motions.

There's no quick fix. That's a pipe dream. Stop listening to people who don't have the life you don't want. They can't get you there.
