The fear of sucking at something stops more people from winning than anything else.
You can get good at most things in this world if you just start. Now, just to be clear, just putting time in without any intention behind the actions won't get you there. You need to have a plan and adjust as you learn the good, bad, and ugly of that original plan (or your lack of skill 😂)
I'm far from being a great runner still, but the progress I've made after about a month of intentional work shows this works. When I first started, I was way off on where I thought I was. It wasn't even close. So I put together a plan and got started. My original plan got me going, and then I modified as I researched how to improve the weaknesses I discovered along the way.
This method is universal, too. It can be applied to anything. You just need to start!
