The more I climb this physical mountain again, the more areas I find that need addressed.
In the recent past, I didn't have the mental skills or the trainers I needed to overcome these issues. Now I have both.
Week one... sucked! Week two isn't as bad. As I continue going through the process, my body, mind, and soul will get back into sync. But only if I keep going and put in the work both physically and mentally.
The same idea can be applied to you. When you hit the plateau, there's something basic that's not quite in sync. Taking a break is RARELY, IF EVER, the answer. Doubling down on the basics and making sure the foundation is solid is where you will find the growth.
It's not comfortable, but it's necessary for growth.
