Not all workouts need to look like a bodybuilder workout.
I use a lot of equipment that mimics what we would do in nature. Body weight climbing, hanging pulling, and jumping. Odd shaped objects. Things like that.
The best part is seeing your young niece and nephew destroy the room playing with it all! That's a mess I don't mind cleaning up after 🤣.
Don't over complicate it. Train like a bodybuilder if you want. Or, find a style that you will enjoy and stick to so you can be healthy and mobile again.
No excuses!
