Your mind can stop your progress in any venture you want to try. Yet so many put zero effort into learning how to use their minds properly.
My mental skills are what helped me not only finish my interval run training today but also allowed me to go FASTER by the end! I thought I was done when I was halfway. But I talked myself into doing one more round before I decided to stop.
When I really was down to my last round, I told myself I could finish strong and try to go faster. And I did!
No excuses!
