A food tip tonight.

I had my wife make me some homemade tortillas the last few weeks and noticed I was feeling bloated and full a lot.

I skipped a few days and tried again to test my theory and felt it again after eating them.

They are nothing more than heavy cream and flour (maybe a little salt, too) and taste great. My body just doesn't care for wheat based flour anymore.

When I'm feeling bloated, I skip meals and wait until I get back to normal. That means I'll be fasting for 16-18 hours, most likely, then go from there. A few days of fasting and less food will be good for the system anyway.

Everything you do is training your systems. Make sure you train them the way you want them to work.

No excuses!
