After I learned to stop fighting these emotions again and accepting the information they were providing, my life charged in a positive direction.
You see, anxiety is a privilege your body is providing. It means you are about to do something you care about.
Pain can be a signal that something isn't moving properly.
Your body will let you know how to correct itself. You just have to stop fighting it and ignoring the signs.
