Sometimes, you just got to feel the pain.
My shoulder blade and rib are a little pissy right now, but I'm the long run it's what I need to continue my progress.
That's why so many people don't make big strides in their physical rehab. They feel pain and instinctively pull back. But that's the opposite of what you need most of the time.
Pain in this instance means I've found my end range. Moving through it will help me establish a bigger range of motion in the end. I'll take the pain for the long-term gain!
