It's time to try this sugar fasting craze.
I got my sweets prepped today, and I'm ready to go.
In reality, as long as I'm in a calorie deficit, I will burn fat. In theory, not having protein will force my body to burn fat stores to make up for the lack of protein.
This is definitely not a great long-term solution, but I do think it'll show you that if you have options to play around with at times while still achieving your goals in health and weight loss.
No excuses!
