It's a wrap! I can't do this again, lol.
After the first day, I felt decent enough. But about halfway through today, my body was over it.
I've felt nauseous all day, and food fills me up but doesn't satisfy me. I'm hungry way more than usual, yet I don't want to eat.
Seems like this way of fasting was created by someone who wasn't able to do a water only fast and didn't want to be alone in eating sugary foods all day 😂.
For real, though, I will just do a regular fast next time. I do a lot better with that. To each their own, but this one isn't for me.
No excuses!
