I know, you don't want to hear this.
But stress isn't bad. It's uncomfortable, by design. It's the catalyst for growth. It might feel painful, bring about fear, or just full-on terrify you. But without it, you won't learn, grow, or develop.
When you believe it's harming you, however, you allow that very thing to happen. That's why some people get better after these feelings and others get worse. You invite the growth you believe in. Sometimes, that means backward growth...
