This isn't going to be popular, but that doesn't make it less true.
Stop counting the days since your last (fill in the blank). Stop talking about what your old habits were. If you've really moved past them, talking about it all the time isn't going to help you.
The exception to this is to use it to motivate and teach others. If that's not your goal, then that version of you no longer exists. There's no need to keep bringing up the version you've moved beyond.
