I had a lot of reasons to pretend today was bad.
But that's just not accurate. I had some moments that were less than ideal for sure. But I had some that were inspiring, too.
Getting through a workout when you're tired, feel a little weak, and just want to do to sleep is an amazing feeling.
It gives me proof that I can fight through fatigue, and still accomplishing a task is strength. Even if it's not to my full capacity, I know I'm capable of overcoming fatigue to help myself or someone else if I need to.
What a great feeling! Don't skip just because you're tired. Go slower, take longer rests, and do what you need to do so you can finish and build that evidence for yourself!
