Not recovering well? You need more sleep. Today, I really felt this one.
I struggled to get things moving well. I was a little more sore. I couldn't stay focused as long. My words and conversations weren't crisp.
Remember this next time you find yourself struggling through a day. Your body and mind both do the best cleanup when you're asleep. Want to lose weight? Sleep more. Want to feel stronger? Sleep a little more. Want to be more energized? You guessed it... sleep!
